Return policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase. If these 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you any credit or money back.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original condition. We also like to receive it in the original packaging.
These items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care products.
To successfully complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued: (if applicable):
*Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sanbo.nl.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@sanbo.nl.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
