Shipping Policy
We use a number of services to ship orders from our SANBO warehouse.
- For orders within the Netherlands: DHL/POSTNL
- For orders within the EU: DPD/DHL
- For orders worldwide: DHL Express
As part of our standard shipping method, all orders contain a Track & Trace code. You will receive this code on the e-mail with which your order was placed.
Every order placed before 22:59 (GMT+1 Amsterdam) will be packed and shipped the same day to the relevant courier services.
For orders within the Netherlands: DHL delivers free of charge on Sundays. Orders placed between Friday 10:59 PM and Sunday 11:00 PM will in principle be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.
Delivery time
- The Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg: 1-2 working days
- Western Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4-9 working days
- Worldwide*: 8-16 business days
Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Behrein, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia excepted!
Postage costs
We charge different shipping costs per country. This depends on the distance to the SANBO warehouse.
Free shipping only applies to the Netherlands.
